I used to struggle with exactly the same thing.

I didn’t discover fitness until I joined the military after high school. It started with running—I loved how it made me feel. In my early 20s, I found yoga, and later, after moving to Lawrence, KS, I began working at a gym. I got certified in group exercise in 2014, and my passion for movement kept growing. In my late 20s, I started training with barbells.

To this day, I dedicate time to running, yoga, and strength training because they each help me move pain-free and live an active, fulfilling life.
